I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Louisville, KY) in Jul 2010
Interview
I was called one afternoon, they allowed me to pick the date of the interview. There was the initial phone call, the first interview with a Customer Experience Manager, and a final interview with the general manager of the store. All interaction with upper management was professional and fun, indicative of the experience you would have with Old Navy.

Interview
I was called in for the first interview about two weeks after applying, and I sat in the store and discussed myself and the job with a hiring and training manager. Then, I was called back in for a second interview, and the process repeated with a different manager. Lastly, I was offered the job via phone.

Question 1
There really weren't any unexpected/difficult questions. The interview process was more like an open-ended discussion.

Interview
I applied online and recieved a call a month later for a quick phone interview and to schedule an "audition". I was asked to also bring an item that represented me and come dressed for work. When I went to the audition, which was a group interview, I had to roll a foam dice. I was to find the item that I rolled and ask for customers opinion on it, and then describe the item to the group and interviewer based on those opinions. After that, the inteviewer gave me a scenerio and I was to build an outfit for the scenerio using the item I had to describe earlier. After that, I was thanked and told to expect a call to schedule an interview in the future. At the next interview, which was another group interview, I met with the store manager and answered her interview questions. After that we were allowed to ask our own questions and then the interview was over. And after that I recieved a call from the store and they offered me a position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They are your basic interview questions; "are you a leader", "when was a time you went above and beyond", and "what makes you awesome". But, the hardest part would have been when you had to bring an item and tell how it represented you, only because I've never been asked to do that at an interview before
