Old Navy interview questions

Applied online and received a call a few weeks later asking to set up an interview. The interview was fairly easy, just a few questions about my work experience and school. Interviewed with the Operations Manager and Store Manager.

Met with two store managers, first with a manager of another store, then with the manager I would be working with. The two asked essentially the same questions. Finally met with the market leader, she asked more general questions, what my careers goals were, etc. I think it was more to get familiar with me than it was to interview me.
