I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied online and quickly got called in for a group interview. The group interview was more of a discussion than an actual interview. They asked a few situational questions (i.e., what would you do if a customer asked for a size/style we don't have in stock). Then called back for an individual interview - very short- asking more about personal work experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk about a time where you were acknowledged for a job well done.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Lafayette, IN) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a call a few days later from the manager asking me about my resume and application. We ended up talking on the phone for about half an hour about the business and industry in general and what all the job was going to entail and how it would be different and similar to my previous job. She scheduled a time to come in for an in person interview with the assistant manager.
Interviewed in person on the floor with the assistant manager. The general manager lingered around some and would pipe up into the conversation every now and then. She asked some of the basic questions like why I wanted to work there specifically, what skills I would bring, etc. Also asked my opinions on how to run a business and what metrics I considered the most important to measure when running the business.
Was told I'd hear back after the weekend. They called that next week to offer me the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Denver, CO) in Jul 2011
Interview
It was pretty casual and chill overall. I had a group interview with around 10 people and then did a single interview with the manager at the store. It was the first interview that I ever had and I got the job without too much effort.
