Sometimes interviews are conducted individually, others are part of a group. The service and training manager will hold the initial interview and then you go on to interview with the store manager. The first interview can be really fun, the company calls it an "audition". You will be asked questions that don't seem very "interview" like and the whole point is to get to know your personality, not just the basic formal interview. When you go- make sure to dress fashionably, its definitely not a suit and tie kind of interview. Be prepared to go out onto the floor and interact with people or try on some of the clothes.
