Old Navy interview questions

I was told that I would have two interviews. I showed up to the first and had a great friendly conversation. She then informed me that the woman who would have been doing my second interview would no longer be able to do it. Then she offered me the job right on the spot! I was applying for a seasonal position, but was able to stay for three years!
