Interview
I had a brief phone interview about a week after I applied. They asked me three to four questions and then offered me the opportunity to come to a group interview at the store. About two days later the manager called and asked me to come back for an individual interview. At the end of the individual interview they extended an offer to me.

Tell us about a time that you made a bad decision and how did you deal with it?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
