Old Navy interview questions

The interview process was a group interview only, there were no individual interviews involved. The group interview involved answering behavioral questions and filling out information about yourself. The group interview also involved the asking of questions to each person separately while still sitting in a group as well there was the solving of a hypothetical problem as a group. Most of the interview was more behavioral based questions such as, describe a time you went out of your way to solve a problem.
