Old Navy interview questions

Sales Associate asked me basic questions about myself and my availability. Then a group of sales associates asked me questions In group with other people being interviewed have 5 minutes to find three things in common with one another. Then go off for 10 minutes and pick an outfit from the store and sell it to the sales associates. After I talked to the store manager who after talking to for 10 minutes offered me the job on the spot.
