- you have one hour to prepare for this on your own in a room. You have some data and need to note your research and findings.
After this hour you meet with hiring manager and their colleague and your potential colleague (2-3 members)
they asked you job related questions & then mainly focusing on the case and may challenge some of your findings - in my case they didn't after I listed all of my possible courses of action they asked me what my recommendation would be if I could just offer up one solution
The case was about Brand A and a Private Label brand and how brand A has a declining level of sales since private label came up out with the same product. They talk about what they did and it is still not helping lift sales.

There were 3 phone interviews before an on-site interview, where you complete a rather-straightforward test, followed by 2-3 in-person interviews. Interview with team members across different levels (manager, analyst, etc)
