You have some data and need to note your research and findings. After this hour you meet with hiring manager and their colleague and your potential colleague (2-3 members) they asked you job related questions & then mainly focusing on the case and may challenge some of your findings - in my case they didn't after I listed all of my possible courses of action they asked me what my recommendation would be if I could just offer up one solution The case was about Brand A and a Private Label brand and how brand A has a declining level of sales since private label came up out with the same product. They talk about what they did and it is still not helping lift sales.

Lots of business case problems; things like how would you estimate the market size for a drink. More interested in how you'd answer the problem than arriving at any exact, correct answer.
