The initial contact was an e-mail from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview, next came the phone screening. Not much discussed, it would be interesting to see what criteria was used to get to the next level. Once the phone screen was successfully completed an invitation to take a skills assessment. Assessment scheduled, and presumably passed, test was 10 fairly simply math questions, and two case studied. A 1:1 interview scheduled, canceled, and rescheduled. Interview took place, seemed very positive,
connected with the hiring manger, got a good feeling as backgrounds were very similar. 1.5 weeks later, a form rejection e-mail sent. Reached out for feedback on interview, ...no response.
