There was an initial interview over zoom followed by a group interview over zoom to describe the compensation structure. (I don't believe anyone was filtered out by the group interview.) There was then a final, in-person interview. Before the initial interview, there was a questionnaire to understand your work style and attributes. Before the final interview, there was a questionnaire to help you form a preliminary business plan.
