Interview
First they'll send you a questionnaire to "see if you're the right fit" for the insurance agent position. The score doesn't really matter that much, it's the interview in person that counts more. You'll be choose based on your likeness more than anything, but the sales manager will be in close contact with you.

Submitted through a vendor and was interviewed through a video call. An architect and Director were on call and focused more on cloud strategy and data. Also emphasized more on Data orchestration and transformation

There was an initial interview over zoom followed by a group interview over zoom to describe the compensation structure. (I don't believe anyone was filtered out by the group interview.) There was then a final, in-person interview.
Before the initial interview, there was a questionnaire to understand your work style and attributes. Before the final interview, there was a questionnaire to help you form a preliminary business plan.

There was a document that asked questions related to your plan to build your book of business. The interviewer asked questions about my responses to understand how I would approach the position.
