Meet with both call center managers.
Speak of past experience, they are look for empathetic agents. Be careful they can try to intimidate and make you feel like a first grader instead of the professional you are.
Management is VERY clique oriented. Like high school older women. Network within the company and meet other departments, its the only way to advance.

Interview
A four round interview process after initially being contacted by a recruiter. The Company's culture and atmosphere was welcoming and everyone was open to any concerns through out the process. The steps to become successful in the position were explained well from the very beginning, they don't sugarcoat anything.

Went through at least 4 meetings, 2 background checks fingerprints. Very matter of fact. Very keen on the aspects of a fair not equal employer.There is a 3 step interview as an agent.
