New York Life interview questions

There was an initial phone screening that took about one hour; an interview with the recruiter that was personable but not to probing, a background check, and a follow up interview with the manager. Neither interview was a situation and action format. The second interview was more informative than anything else.

Applied online. Got an email saying I was selected for an in person interview. After the interview they said that they will get back to me in two weeks. It wasn't until after the first week of December when they got back to me saying I was rejected.
