Interview
There were two levels to the process. First, once you are acceppted, you meet with a sales manager. He asks you the basic questions like, why do you want to do this, what makes you think you will be good at this. He gives you a tour of the building at the end and describes what they do and their process of training new hires. Once you pass, you meet the Director of sales. Explains the sales process and explains what it takes to be successful.

Talked about having a list of 100-200 contacts. He showed potential presentation I'd be making for clients. Talked about goals 5 10 and 20+ years out. Very knowledgeable about all questions I asked and able to pin-point some challenges that would need to be addressed in future.
