New York Life interview questions

We met at a job fair and the position was briefly discussed. I was asked a few open ended questions on the spot. After an online assessment I was scheduled for an interview in just a couple days. The face to face with Crystal was a great experience. She was attentive, courteous, and engaged the entire time.

I applied through my university's jobs website and sent my resume from there. After one week I got no reply, so I just withdrew my application. Then a recruiter contacted me by e-mail and set up an interview. I thought it was strange that the managing partner would contact me to confirm the interview appointment, that is when I did a thorough research on the company.
