New York Life interview questions

7 interviews, 2 with hiring manager. Assurance of a decision by end of week. Then by the following Monday. Then silence. Sent a polite follow up to both hiring manager and HR two weeks later. No response from either. It’s ok if the role went to someone else, but not communicating the outcome when promised is unprofessional.

Interviewed with someone who was in the position I was interviewing for. Highly unorganized. I scheduled a second interview and they kept me waiting for half an hour and then rescheduled. I just declined.
