Phone interview and then Zoom final interview; phone interview took 10 minutes as an initial get-to-know applicant and then received email about final interview which took a little over 20 minutes asking about my own adjustments to succeed during the pandemic

The interview went well in every direction that is expected from an interview. Everything was made clear, what the expectations were from me and what potential growth was expected growing with the company.
