3 Interviews total. First interview is basic introductions. Second interview was a group interview where the hiring manager discussed to position for everyone. By the third interview they told me I was already being offered the position.

It's usually a four-step process. The first interview is one-on-one, and the subsequent interviews are small groups. I met other agent candidates too. Overall it helped me make the right decision
