New York Life interview questions

First interview was basic intro to the company and finding out why you are interested in the industry /New York Life. You will also be asked to take an assessment before the second interview. Second interview was about me, the candidate presenting ideas about how to prospect. This is critical since we are in a pandemic. I was also asked to fill out Ten Market Survey Questionnaires. My third interview is forthcoming. We will discuss Comp. This entire process is taking five days, including the weekend. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to be yourself. Don't try to impress. If the interviewer doesn't appreciate the authentic version of you, then you probably aren't going to be a good fit.

Need to have motive and out going personalty. Need to know how to approach anytime and never shy. Need to willing to learn and willing to take action at same time.
