Interview
This place is a joke. They cannot identify top candidates. I had 2 interviews that went extremely well, my experience is exactly what they were looking for. One admin came off as trying to be sort of a tough guy, he said since this is a 3rd shift position when he’s on call he can be less than pleasant being woken up. I told him that I give respect and I expect it in return. He seemed to know that I could not be intimidated. I’m sure this guy had some input into my not receiving an offer. Get over yourself.

Interview
There was a multiple step process. First starting with a phone call where we talked briefly . The second step is where we had a zoom interview for a while.
My interview was interesting and educational. I was immediately shown a tool that could help people protect and accumulate wealth for the future. My manager talked at length about helping people and families. My only complaint, and this seems to be industry-wide, is that there was no talk about the massive turnover in this industry and how most people leave the industry within a few short months or a year. It's an extremely difficult field to succeed in and they didn't talk about that. They talked, instead, about the potential of what you could earn. I found the interview to be motivating and interesting enough that I elected to work with the company and have largely had a positive experience. However, I feel that the interview was deceptive in glossing over how many people fail at it. The manager I met with also was dishonest about how much his team was earning, which I later found out in a meeting in which he was trying to motivate us by showing where people were at. Nobody in his team was making what he claimed in the interview.
