Three interview step process - First interview is a formal interview with the company background introduction, the second interview has further company background, personality test, and market research assessment assignment, the third interview discusses results and offer is extended.

Call T interview through recruiter but had no follow up contact info for after the interview. And the interviewer did not share it with me. The interviewer was not knowledgeable about what was actually needed and did not understand what I had to offer as an expert.
