Original screening is via Hirevue with 5 questions, the first two being mostly behavioral with 2 minutes to respond about what piqued your interest in the role and why it aligns with your background. Second question was how you came to pick your major and the paths taken to the point of your resume now. The final 3 questions were technical to some extent: One asked about my strategy to ensure a consistent brand message across teams, departments, etc. They were kind of business oriented, so if you have experience in consulting or strategy I think you could excel in the last 3.
