Prestige of the brand, good medical/lifestyle benefits, hybrid schedule.

Cons

Organization is losing sight of the original mission in the attempt to turn a profit. No room for advancement, and frequent layoffs with minimal notice or explanation. Most “cool” work and travel is outsourced or limited to senior leaders. Managers can be catty and cliquey.
