The interview process felt disorganized from the start. My initial screening call was rescheduled an hour before it was supposed to begin, and when it finally took place, the recruiter arrived late and seemed unprepared — her computer wasn’t working, and she didn’t have access to my resume or the screening questions.
Subsequent conversations with staff felt overly scripted. During the panel interviews, each participant seemed focused only on asking their assigned question, with little engagement in the rest of the discussion. It gave the impression that there was limited genuine interest in my responses.
Communication from HR was poor throughout. Updates between interviews were minimal, and after my third interview I never received any follow-up, even just to close the loop. Overall, the experience left me with concerns about how the organization values candidates and manages its hiring process.
