National Geographic Society interview questions

I applied for an externship with National Geographic and The Nature Conservancy. However, the entire process was very digital with little to no human interaction. I went through several stages, and even my final interview was conducted by a non-representative who simply read out questions and recorded me without engaging in any form of conversation. I was disappointed because it was only an externship, so I had hoped for a more personalized process.

3 interviews, first a screening call, then a meeting with the hiring manager then a panel interview. I waited about a week between every interview. it all took about a month from applying to the end.
