I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied on-line through their careers website. You first have to do a numerical test, working out how to find prices of items by adding up the cost of materials etc. After a few weeks I received a reply saying they wanted to give me a video interview. The video interview consisted of 3 questions. A question is asked and then you have unlimited time before you have to press record to answer the question so it's very easy to prepare for each question before recording yourself. You are also allowed to delete a recording if you are unhappy with it and start it again.

Interview
All well until you remind them you will need a visa to commence work, and at that point they will 'correct their mistake' by telling you that your applications has failed to progress (to the last stage) despite saying it will be progressed before - rather than just saying upfront it's not you - it's the fact that you'll need a visa and we are unwilling to sponsor you for one. This was after it was mentioned in my initial application, only for then to realise 1 stage before the assessment centre. About 3-4 months in the process, time I will never get back.
