I applied online. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra)
Interview
There was myself and four other candidates invited to the assessment day. We started off by individual interviews where a set of maths questions were asking involving spread sheets. Then we were asked to rank different clothing items according to their popularity and whether or not they are a high fashion item or a basic. After individuals interviews we did a group tasks which involved picking a selection of mens T-shirts out of a line up, which we believed would be the best options to put in store. We each got an individual task that we needed to complete.

Interview
Online application and tests; then video interview; 20/30 minute phone interview and half day assessment centre.
Pretty standard questions and very understanding if you did not understand at first.
Overall a very positive experience and despite not getting an offer, they did provide optional feedback which was very useful and practical for other job interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra) in Nov 2017
Interview
The first step was an online application via the Next website. After this it was a telephone interview that lasted about 30 minutes and asked some maths and problem solving questions. After this was a half day assessment centre at the Head Office in Leicester, UK, which included a one-on-one interview with a merchandising manager, and a team exercise with the other candidates.
