I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NEXT in Apr 2017
Interview
Online application with general questions about competitors and Next. Then an online aptitude tests to test numeracy skills. After this was a video interview with 3 questions and a total of 4 minutes to answer them, but you can watch and re-record your answers. After this was a telephone interview which they told you to prepare for by making store observations and thinking about competitors for all aspects of the business, and some more maths-based questions. Then an assessment centre, which takes about 3 hours in total at the Leicester head office. It included a one-to-one interview - which was just talking about Next for most of it and my CV or skills weren't really even discussed - for about an hour then a group task with other candidates. the task was to choose 16 items of 20 that would be best sellers and give reasons why in front of a panel.

Interview
Completed several online tests and a video interview. This was followed up by a phone interview. I then went to the head offices for my assessment day. It was a very relaxed half day, consisting of an interview with a manager and a group task. The interview is very relaxed and I was asked to decide which items of clothing that were hung up in the room were trend based or classic. Basic maths questions also.

Question 1
Why Next? What will you do if you don't get the job?
I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied in January 2015 and had my assesment in September 2015.
I got through to the final stage...the assesment at Head Office.
50% is a one to one interview and 50% is a group activity.
During the one to one I wasn't asked very much about myself, it was more about testing my merchandising abilities. So practice your percentages, look at The Directory & be prepared to be asked about current fashions and the kind of duties you will be expected to perform if you get the role.
The group challange is very much whoever speaks loudest. So stand your ground as you are watched by a panel of 4-5 of the interviewers.
I left the interview not wanting the role, as I personally felt that all of the interviewers had a very arrogant view of themselves. They were not the kind of people I wanted to work with.
