You'll go through two online screeners, where you'll record yourself and write responses. If you're picked from there, you'll interview in person along with 6-8 other interviewees in a panel-style interview.

Interview
The interview process involves several rounds before getting to the final round known as "panel." You interview in a group of 5-9 candidates. It can be a little intimidating because you aren't told the questions ahead of time. There is a speech portion, group interview portion, solo portion, and a team building portion.

Interview
It was a very rigorous process, but I learned a lot. The group interview was an interesting experience, but very nerve-racking. We had to answer in front of the rest of the group and do a 2 minute verbal presentation in front of the interviewers and other interviewees.
