Interview
Interviewed & paneled for LA Program. Hirevue video interview was easy, but nervewracking regardless. I was not a fan of the panel, however. It's separated into three sections: group question, group presentation + more questions, individual interview. For the group question, I remember them asking us only two questions: tell me about yourself and a basic interview behavioral "name a time you struggled at work." That was fine. Individual interview was as expected, regular interview questions with one of the recruiters.
The group presentation part was what I had trouble with. They had us in a group of like 5 or 6 other panelists and we had to make a plan for an NBC project or something like that. It was hard to talk in a video Zoom setting, especially if someone else there is clearly more talkative than everyone else. It was rough for me. A lot of accidental talking at the same time, then you have that awkward Zoom moment where it's like "oh it's fine you go" and then somebody won't mute so the mics are echoing and it just made everything more nervewracking.
They gave us like 7 minutes to chat and organize a verbal presentation, then you have like 2 minutes to do the presentation, where 6 to 7 of you are all supposed to contribute and talk. They were monitoring us in the breakout room during the planning phase, but Idk if we were "judged" for the planning as much as we were for the presenting.
Also, if you make it to the panel phase, they ask you for five references that have to fill out a questionnaire about you, which I felt like was a lot. I did make it happen, however, if I didn't, I don't know if there were any consequences/ if the application is affected if all five of your references did not respond promptly.

Interview
The video portion of inteview was standard. The panel was more challenging as you're competing against other applicants but also working together. The panel interview was definitely the toughest part.
