Process was pretty standard, with basic interview questions, made it to the final round where you had to work with your competitors which felt more forced and awkward given everyone wants to look their best

Interview
I made it to the final rounds of interviews twice for the Page Program, and as nervous as I was throughout the process I always found it to be quite an experience. The questions really aim to find your strengths and weaknesses, and your ability to problem solve. Your social skills and ability to work with others will also be put to the test.

Q: What is the nicest thing you've ever done for someone?
Q: Was there ever a time that you had to solve a problem at work without the help of a supervisor?
Application with a few essay questions then video interview. The video interview is the recorded type, so it is almost impossible to get your personality across. There is no opportunity to actually talk with someone if you do not make it past this stage.
