Menards Sales Associate interview questions

There was a hiring event happening on Wednesday. There were about six people doing interviews. The event had a great turnout, but that made the wait to get interviewed super long. The woman who interviewed me was extremely friendly. She asked about 5-8 questions, I believe. Then she told me she would contact me back if they were interested. I got a call back on Friday asking to come in for a drug test.

I applied at a time when a paper application was still required to get hired at the store. I filled out the application on site and when I turned it in, I was hired on the spot.
