Menards Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process took about three weeks. Received a call after two weeks to interview and was offered a position a few days later. I was interviewed by a panel of managers, along with the hiring manager, who each asked different questions related to their department to gauge where I would best fit within the company.

It was brief. I had two different department managers and the store manager at my interview. They asked general home improvement questions to see which department I would fit in. They also wanted to know how much weight I could lift. Overall a very calm process, definitely not stressful.
