Menards Sales Associate interview questions

Asked questions about retail and the experiences had with this. Also asked about departments and if interested in being in a department and if so which one. Asked about when would be able to start at the job. Did also ask about taking a drug screen and when results were completed they would call back and let me know when I would need to start the job

After filling out my application, I received a call for an interview. I sat down with the HR coordinator and they asked me standard interview questions. After answering them, I was immediately offered a position on the spot.
