Menards Sales Associate interview questions

It appears that the basic qualification for working at Menards is that you pass the drug test and that you have a easy going, laid back personality. I met with the HR coordinator and we discussed the position for about 15 minutes. I then interviewed by the Manager of the department I was applying for. We talked for about a half hour mostly about the department and why I wanted to work there. (OK, he talked, I listened, mostly about how wonderfully run the department was but that's OK.) It was a laid back interview. The store culture is a throw back - very much based on the white male being in charge. Women must be one of the "boys" and are tolerated in a kindly, fatherly way.
