I submitted my resume and from there I was called in for an interview. It was only one interview with two different people: the attorney that I was working for and the manager of the department. It was laid back and I was asked questions about my previous experience within an office.

Initial communication was a brief phone interview, at the end of the conversation a date and time for an in person interview was scheduled. Interview conversation with HR representative then interview with two managers. A third person came to also interview me.
