Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

There were two stages. One was a group interview in the store and we all had to sell a random item we picked from a covered basket and some other such activities. The second part was the trial shift, which was unpleasant to say the least. I was given zero direction as the phone rung when I arrived and so I was just left to figure things out myself. I was then accused of not greeting all the customers, which I had done.
