I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Nottingham, Inglaterra)
Interview
There were two stages.
One was a group interview in the store and we all had to sell a random item we picked from a covered basket and some other such activities.
The second part was the trial shift, which was unpleasant to say the least. I was given zero direction as the phone rung when I arrived and so I was just left to figure things out myself. I was then accused of not greeting all the customers, which I had done.

Interview
The process was interesting and exciting and you were made to feel comfortable every step of the way. Started off with a group interview which was more a few hours filled with activities you would do on a day to day basis at lush. Then a trial shift which is pretty difficult as all they really want to see is as many demos on customers as possible. All in all a fun experience.

Question 1
what type of questions do you ask customers to start a conversation ?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lush in Feb 2017
Interview
We had a group interview. 3 groups of 6-7 people.
We had three activities: making a bath bomb, pick up products for a specific type of customer and learning how to do a hand massage with massage bars.
Then, we went to a different part of the store, one by one to have a little chat with one of the managers.
We got an email the next morning.
