I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Oct 2013
Interview
Was a group interview with about 15 people, we were asked to fill out a short questionnaire about ourselves then pick a product and deliver a sales pitch to the group on the product you chose- top tip - always demo the product and show how it is used, this goes don really well in LUSH stores.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Róterdam) in Aug 2016
Interview
1. round: writing an "original" resume-email
2. round: if invited, invent a new, fictional product for Lush in a 5 minutes pitch in a group
3. round: if chosen, work in store for approx. 2-4hours
- in my opinion a very demanding procedure for such a low paid job.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lush (Coventry, Inglaterra)
Interview
It was an overall exciting experience, not the usual kind of interview one would expect. We were quite a lot of applicants and the interview was split in rounds. We had a get to know us round and we were asked to bring an object with us that represented our personality. After the staff gave us a tour about the products, then the second round was about us pitching some products that were previously described to us, in front of the staff. We went home and the next few days we were informed who was invited back to the last interview which was a half an hour test of us trying to sell products to people.
