I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Manchester, Inglaterra) in May 2017
Interview
I have applied for three jobs at three separate lush'. Each lush has recruited differently. All three posted on their Facebook page, the first one I had a one on one interview. Heard back abut two weeks later and instantly got the job. The second one I went to a really big interview process, they did it more like activities in a conference room. Both of the first two were really laid back. Then had a shop floor trial and hear back a few days later. The last was a smaller group interview (hiring party). Heard back a few days later.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lush (Coventry, Inglaterra)
Interview
Had to email a CV and Cover letter through to the email that was mentioned in the advert put up on the shop wall. Basically, be as ethical as you could be, research the company and associate yourself with their values via your practices, purchases of cruelty free products etc. Had to bring any item that we could relate to as an icebreaker. Then broke into mini groups and had to learn different sales techniques for each type of product. After learning, you'll have to demonstrate it to one of the assistants (as a role play). They'll let you know if you're in or not
I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Eastbourne, Inglaterra) in May 2017
Interview
It was made as a group interview which i though was awful since we were all nervous and tripping oveer our words because of it. We were 8 girls in total in the room and were assigned various group tasks, and very high school type of tasks like making groups and presenting one of the resposibilities of the job and describe it.
