The group interview was a lot of fun and was about different activites and tasks to do on your own (present to the group) or together (build the highest tower possible out of paper.
I made it to the trial shift which was a terrible experience. They let you go on your own and expect you to sell products without necessarily knowing what you're talking about. I kept being asked questions about gift boxes contents and had to refer back to the managers and ask them and they told me I should be more independent but how can I accurately recommend a gift box when I know as much as the customer about their content? I did plenty of homework and I knew about the products specifically (and I have been a LUSH fan for a long time) but it really stumped me.

Interview
The interview was really fun with different activities. One was to demonstrate a bath bomb and teach others about the product. Then we had a table that was an ice breaker table, where we got to know one another. Then there was a table filling in relevant documents. After the interview I was invited to a trial shift in the store.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2019
Interview
First stage is a group interview, in my interview parted us up into groups and each group rotated doing set activities. We did things like a mock demonstration of a bubble bar, practicing massaging on a partner while we described the product and visually describing perfume. Second stage was a shop floor trial, I just focused on approaching customers and making them feel welcomed. I ended up getting the seasonal temporary position.
