Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

An introduction with more information on the Oxford Street store, the job roles, training and expectations. Fun demonstration sessions where you will get hands on with the products and meet your fellow candidates. A Q&A session where you will have the chance to ask any questions you have about the store and the roles.

Group interview with lots of other people, got split off into small groups, had to do various tasks such as come up with a presentation of why Lush is good, another where you had to find the best gift for a celebrity (you were given a celebrity, you didn't choose) and explain why you chose that. Then had a trial shift which I did not get through because I could not go up and talk to customers haha.
