Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

I had all the standard customer service based interview questions, with some questions on favourite products thrown in. It was clear they went for more creative types, so I tried to add in some quirky responses. I was then invited to do a 2 hour trial shift - after doing this I had to chase the manager for 2 weeks to be told I'd been unsuccessful. It was clear the manager wasn't going to contact me had I not reached out myself.

Went round to different managers and long time workers and was asked a series of questions to get to know each person and at the end received a bag of lush products
