The hiring was done through college campus placements. The first round was general aptitude and English verbal, pretty easy, contained quantitative aptitude for the most part and also data analysis. The second round was a technical interview, where i was asked about the engineering subjects as in the curriculum ( I am from Electronics & Communication background) and also about my projects. For the most part, it was easy and smooth except a few moments when they deliberately try to take you off the track by confusing you in one way or the other. The third round was another technical round, which was much more relaxed and discussed about a lot of basics and innovative capability. It is this part of the interview where they really comfort you and do not pressurize. The final round was a HR round, where they attempt to know you better, which was very easy going and about how you can convey/communicate effectively. Please do not try to be diplomatic, be open about your expectations and be frank, that would work.
