Applied online and received an email saying they wanted me to take there online assessment. It involved a real life simulator that made me 'answer' customer calls, help them with there problems, access accounts, stuff like that. I got an email that said I passed and asked when the best time to schedule me for a phone interview would be best. I replied but never got my phone interview. A week later they sent an email saying there company was having a hiring event at there building and to attend. I did and when I got there they had me take a computer test to see if I could navigate the internet, simple tasks like sending an email, opening a new folder, saving a picture to the desktop, etc. passed it and went downstairs for the first interview which was simple.
The second interview they had you answer behavioral questions. And the last part was the most difficult and why I didn't get a job offer. They handed me a sheet of paper to study for ten minutes and left the room. I was to pick one of two products to 'sell' to the guy on the phone. Either internet or digital tv. I picked digital tv. So he left the room and called the phone and I answered. I tried to sell him tv but he kept saying no. So eventually I gave up and told him to have a nice day and thank you for calling centurylink.
