I applied online. I interviewed at L'Occitane in Dec 2020
Interview
The hiring manager G was very rude. There was a small technical issue with the call but you can tell she was very impatient while it was being resolved. I can tell she did not want to interview me and was very standoff-ish. The total time was 15 minutes for a second-round interview (first round with HR). I also discovered this position requires weekend shifts and was never mentioned in the job description. I would not even accept this offer even if given the chance, as the hiring manager is not friendly.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2016
Interview
Nerve wrecking. I did not prepare anything but i did prepare what they wanted. And they are actually very chill. It’s not like they ask very hard questions i just don’t have the experience in sales yet i was just searching for jobs to fill in my free time.
J'ai postulé en ligne, puis j'ai été rappeélé après deux semaines environ pour un entretien à leur locaux à Paris avec une dame. L'entretien était simple, sans grande difficulté
