L'Occitane Senior Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was lovely, relaxed and I felt straight at ease with the boutique manager. After applying online, I received a phone call from the boutique manager who asked me some simple questions like, why do I want to work for the brand? What do I know about the brand? I was then invited into store for a follow up interview a week later, it was really relaxed, I was asked about my previous experience and what I would bring to the role. I then received a phone call the following day with a job offer.
