L'Occitane interview questions

First phone interview with HR, with general questions. Then interview with hiring manager going more in to depth about the role, followed by interview with another employee of the team. Then phone call from HR with offer.

2 rounds of interviews. First interview with HR. Second round with direct supervisor and team. The interview questions are general, they ask about your relevant previous experience. Additionally, they do ask questions directly relating to the beauty industry and what are some causes you are passionate about.
