initial phone screening by hr, then face to face interview with state manager, however, the hr was an intern so I can sense she is very basically asking me questions on the list without interacting with candidates, it's all job-related question tho

Roughly an hour long. Asked about KPI’s and previous experience. The interviewer was friendly and asked questions that were relevant. Felt like they were really listening and made the experience as painless as possible.

The HR Manager was very nice. We set up a time of the phone interview by email. I did not pass the first phone interview, but it felt good. Not difficult questions. If you pass the phone interview, there will be another phone interview , next will be a face-to-face interview.
