Kumon Teaching Assistant interview questions

Several stages :cv,phone,assessment centre with a maths and english test, final face to face interview. The assessment day centretheyexplain their beliefs and how they teach and aak tou questions about what you would do or why their method works. People who didn't speak up weren't choosen. The maths and English tests were timed.

Emailed my resume to the person that ran that specific center. Set up an interview. Overall, she only looked at my resume for a second at the interview, and asked me 2-3 questions, namely have you tutored before, what experience do you have with Kumon, etc. Then, I had to take two entry tests, one math and one English. Both were fairly easy, although the math one had a lot of factoring on it. Didn't do amazingly well on the math test but was still hired on the spot.
