I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kumon in Feb 2016
Interview
Was referred by a friend so the interview process was relatively easy. When I first started working there, it was manageable, however the work was a bit tiring at times when we were told to meet too many deadlines at a very high accuracy.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kumon (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2019
Interview
Several stages :cv,phone, assessment centre with a maths and english test, final face to face interview.
The assessment day centretheyexplain their beliefs and how they teach and aak tou questions about what you would do or why their method works. People who didn't speak up weren't choosen. The maths and English tests were timed.
Emailed my resume to the person that ran that specific center. Set up an interview. Overall, she only looked at my resume for a second at the interview, and asked me 2-3 questions, namely have you tutored before, what experience do you have with Kumon, etc. Then, I had to take two entry tests, one math and one English. Both were fairly easy, although the math one had a lot of factoring on it. Didn't do amazingly well on the math test but was still hired on the spot.
