Kumon Teaching Assistant interview questions

There was only one interview and the manager asked about my self and what I am studying and what I wanted to do in college. Also, he asked me what courses I took and what level I can teach up to. After the interview, there was another 2 hour session where the manager taught us the material and how Kumon was run (how the hw is assigned, goal of Kumon, material covered, etc.). There was also a short test on some of the basic subjects (English, Writing, and Math).

A B level English Kumon test was given. (small 10 page booklet with multiple choice and short answer). A very brief interview was done and it was not private. The interviewer was busy tending to students as I was being "interviewed".
